Reservations

●       Reservations are highly recommended, especially during the summer season. You can book your table through our website at www.kopsidi.com

●       To confirm your reservation, a deposit of €15 per person is required. This amount will be deducted from your final bill.

●       We kindly hold your table for 15 minutes past the reservation time. If you’re running late, please give us a call.

●       For groups of more than 12 people, please contact us via email to coordinate your booking.

Payment Methods

●       We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash (Euros only).

●       Bill splitting is available upon request.

Pricing

●       All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT.

●       Prices may change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

●       We understand that plans can change. Please notify us at least 3 days in advance to cancel your reservation and avoid any cancellation fees.

Children

●       Families are welcome! We offer highchairs upon request.

●       For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly ask that children are supervised at all times.

Food Allergies

●       Please inform your server of any allergies or dietary restrictions. While we do our best to accommodate all needs, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free kitchen.

Lost & Found

●       Kopsidi Santorini is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. Any found items will be kept for a limited time.

Data We Collect

Online reservation procedure

Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.

Data given automatically

There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.

Data given from other sources

Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.

Data we share with others

We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.
